CAP-Youth Empowerment Institute (CAP-YEI) is a non-governmental organization registered in Kenya in 2011, committed to equipping out-of-school youth with job-entry skills. We implement training through the Basic Employability Skills Training (BEST) model, using public-private partnerships to ensure sustainability and scalability. The BEST model is market-driven, demand-responsive, and adaptable to diverse contexts.
